Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging is intact
The product shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural characteristics of hair-on leather, the following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return:

Minor differences between product images and the received item
Slight marks or pattern changes that occur naturally in hair-on leather
